| Photographed in its 10th year on the deadline; #499 (Baldwin c/n 20753) was built in 1902 as a standard-gauge consolidation and rebuilt in 1930 as a narrow-gauge outside-frame mikado. It was sold to the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge in 1981 and later traded to Royal Gorge Park for K-36 #486. Currently displayed with cosmetic restoration at Royal Gorge.
